Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@fu46.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at sales@fu46.com to arrange for an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
